With over 15 years’ sales and operations experience in the food industry, Matt has worked with a broad range of clients in the retail, wholesale, foodservice and manufacturing markets. With an emphasis on offering high quality products that exceed customer requirements - along with a very strong customer service ethos, Matt enjoys working closely with brand owners & customers, to develop products from concept, right through to launch and beyond. Matt oversees our sales and marketing operations and loves working with customers to develop their businesses.

During his 25 years in the food industry, David has held senior roles in operations, technical, new product development and general management in the UK and North America for a number of leading manufacturers. Before leading Somerset Cuisine, David was Site Director of a £40 million food manufacturing business.
