Making good marmalade is a real skill. Balancing the colour, texture and taste require experience. Thankfully at Somerset Cuisine we have had many years to perfect the art. All our marmalades are hand stirred in small batches and our vintage thick cut recipes have just the right balance of sharpness, bitterness and deep flavours to make the perfect breakfast partnership with a slice of toast. For the more adventurous we can also make marmalades with Chilli, Cognac or Champagne which are now used increasingly as an accompaniment to other food dishes.
