Somerset Cuisines's roots lie in the heart of the West Country with it's rich local food culture. It all began over 40 years ago, since when Somerset Cuisine have developed an enviable reputation as makers of the finest, hand-crafted preserves.
Today, based just half a mile from our original site, we have added creativity and innovation to our long-term values of authenticity, provenance and quality. Our loyal team have been with us every step of the way and one of the original traditional copper cauldrons is still in use today.
