Trevor has worked in the UK food industry for over thirty years and has vast experience in procurement ,sales and commercial roles.

He has worked with many of the leading names in UK retail, including major online retailers, top end high street operators, farm shops and start-ups ,he enjoys working with customers to identify, develop and take to market commercially successful products that fit well with their company ethos.

Having also worked with food manufacturers, foodservice and wholesale operators, Trevor has a sound understanding of the UK food scene and is adept at identifying opportunities for branded or own label products to launch successfully and grow year on year.

During his 25 years in the food industry, David has held senior roles in operations, technical, new product development and general management in the UK and North America for a number of leading manufacturers. Before leading Somerset Cuisine, David was Site Director of a £40 million food manufacturing business.
